Actions speak louder than words, and I’d love for the opportunity to show you.
But to give a bit more context, I’ve been in the creative space for over 12 years. Starting out in real estate photography and videography in high school, to now leading creative strategy and design at a series c start-up.
In between I’ve worked as a small business owner, freelancer, and as an associate director within an agency. I’ve directly led and managed small in-house creative teams, as well as wider networks of vendors and partners. I am well-versed in budgets, vendor-negotiations, and creative management. I have led creative workshops with entire c-suites, and presented creative work to stakeholders spanning the corporate ladder.
I’m a hands-on leader, and love to work with my team in the trenches. From joining the edit bay to turnaround content over night, to flying out during the holidays for a client production, I will never ask someone to do something that I won’t do myself, and I believe no job or task is too high for any title.
All this to say, I’ve been very fortunate to have had an enormous amount of hands-on opportunities that accelerated my creative experience. However, there is always more for me to learn and understand. The best part? I soak it all up faster than a quicker-picker-upper Bounty paper towel. -
I’ve been asked this question, and I’ve also asked this question countless times when hiring.
The work you see here is 100% lead by me. While some of the videos had secondary shooters or a production team, I directed and oversaw every shot.
Similarly, some of the design work may have had secondary designers who helped expedite the work, but for everything you see here I set the creative direction and lead the key design.
If you have any other questions related to this, please feel free to let me know. I’m happy to walk through entire processes as needed. -
I didn’t. I have degrees in economics and international relations from UCLA, but I’m not formerly trained as a designer, videographer, or photographer. Everything I know I’ve learned from hands-on experience, mentors, and the University of Youtube.
I’m a business-first creative, meaning I care most about how creative impacts business results. I appreciate beautiful design, but care more about developing ways creative can drive revenue and customer experience. -
You have a lot of options when selecting a creative leader, and I appreciate you considering me. Here are four things I can promise you:
Genuine care for the team and people I work with.
Push the envelope and go beyond what’s traditional and “what we’ve always done”.
Foster an environment that is candid, supportive, open.
Take responsibility, be solutions-orientated, and always work to improve the status quo. -
I’m looking for three main things when joining an organization:
A genuine leader/manager who can lead from a place of no-ego and be a mentor and confidant.
A position that affords me flexility and autonomy to be creative and create great work.
A company whose product and mission I can align with. -
l love being hands on and in the trenches with my team. I believe that every problem and hiccup has a solution as long as you apply the right effort and resources. I’m constantly trying to build a culture of true collaboration where team members trust each other to create without ego and really feel we’re working towards one common goal.
Few things I believe in:
Share work early, and share work often. Don’t wait till its “perfect”
Build friendships and common understanding, not direct reports
Dig the hole yourself before commenting on how deep others should dig
You can pretty much learn anything and everything on Youtube
Solve problems at the lowest denominator

Video/Motion Director + Producer
From concept to post-production, from budgets to shotlist, I’ve lead various productions spanning industries and scale at an agency level. I’m extremely comfortable tailoring information to creatives and non-creatives, and know how to get folks excited and bought in. I’ve fostered great relationships with vendors/partners and I am always looking to optimize the process and blow out the finished product.
Photographer + Art Director
When I moved to LA for college, I started a small creative content business. The venture started off with Beverly Hill’s Birthday Parties and eventually became centered on branded content for businesses. Through the years I’ve been fortunate to have created for Chiptole, Helen Ficalora, Chase Bank, Blaze Pizza, SoHo House, Jamba Juice etc.
Brand Designer
Experienced in building unique brand identities, corporate IDs, logo animations, websites, presentations, one-pagers, and other brand collateral.
